Mo is an attorney and you think of them as you do used car salesman. But Mo sticks his neck way out for you and works really really hard. Mohamed was not able to pick up my case, but was very kind and willing to speak to me about my issues with my employer. He was able to give me advice going forward on what I should do, and was able to explain why I dont particularly have a case at this moment. But how I should handle further communication with my employer and how to protect myself. He didnt have to take the time out of his day to explain these things to me when he was not being payed to do so. It was very appreciated. Extremely disappointed with the way they handle things. I submitted an inquiry and they called me about it. They said I would hear from them by the end of the week and if not then I could call them. I didn't hear back so I reached out. When I called, they told me that someone would be calling me either end of day or by Monday. No one called me either day so again, I called back. They told me the same thing. I asked them to give me an update and let me know if they could help or not so I wouldn't be waiting around. They assured me they would call me. A week and a half later and nothing. No call back. This is extremely unprofessional. If they knew no one would be calling or couldn't help, they should've just told me when I called to follow up instead of having me waste my time waiting for the call that never happened.

Mohamed was very thorough and straight forward during my free consult. I greatly appreciated his honesty and counsel. He responded to my inquiry in less than an hour, and proved to be very knowledgeable in employment litigation. Edit: After the initial consult, I paid a $1000 retainer and then decided to self negotiate with my employer. Horrible Horrible Horrible attorney office i called their legal assistant to see if she could assist with a potential case, she said I needed to get thru her to get to an attorney I said "ok" I only gave her my name and number and she didn't ask me any questions about my potential case They said they couldn't help me since I didn't live in the state. I live in San Diego, which I even offered to provide my address but I'm in Dallas for business. Didn't make any sense. I asked to speak with manager since my husband is a lawyer at a bodily injury firm and he is not able to assist me with my potential case. The manager then got on the phone and said "where do you lay your head at night" I said what does that matter?? He said well your not in California. But I told him if need be I can be back at my home next week which is in SAN DIEGO. He said no and hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible way of talking to someone. My husbands office would never treat someone like that please work on your intake department. They are costing you money instead of making it.

The only time I was able to talk to Eldessouky was the first time I came to his office to discuss my injury case and agreed to take on my case but after that I was only able to talk to his assistants, one was particularly rude and would never call me back when she said she would. I Literally never got a call from them about my case and I got tired of calling them for updates. Over a year and a half later I received a letter that they will no longer represent me with no specific reason stated whatsoever. I even called to ask his office why they decided to drop my case and of course they said they would ask Eldessouky and call me back but no one ever did. Maybe my case wasn't going to make them much money because my injury wasn't severe enough for them? Regardless of the reason, no one deserves to be treated the way they treated me. I'd advise you not to come here for help because Eldessouky Law is heartless and money-hungry.

So this law firm isn't a gigantic conglomerate so I was never treated like a number and it's not some small fly by night business where cases are sold out for fast cash. I contacted Mr. Eldessouky the moment I was fired and he took my case over the phone without a problem. I didn't have any money to give as a down payment, but you can tell he isn't just any other attorney after peoples money, he noticed how upset I was and after telling him about how I was wrongfully fired for speaking up about work conditions he how was willing to help out in any way he could to get my case going. We filed in 2016 and went to trail in 2018, he took his time and did his homework to a furtherest extent to maximize the chance of us winning, which we did! Throughout the process the defense attorney and his client offered us money to not pursue with going to trail, and of course like a great attorney he is, he advised for us to not budge, that i deserved more and sure enough we received a compensation a lot bigger than what the defense attorney had to offer. Antonio was very rude And very unprofessional I was not please to speak with somebody like that on the phone came here for help but felt like I was being interrogated said he would talk my case over with the attorney never heard back from him when he told me he would call back once the attorney got back to the office I'm believing that never Happened.

Conflict of interest already but even though she referred me this company treated me less than acceptable. Been trying to get let of disengagement since January but they too busy on vacation to ever work. I called every number only to get Antonio voice on the same voicemail...
